Delivery Details
Africor Projects has a logistics system in place to take care of goods containerization for both sea and air freight. Arrangement can be made at a local airport for you to send your own air transport for goods collection. For sub-Saharan deliveries, road freight is usually an option.
Payment
You can transfer the amounts for your transactions directly into our account using internet banking. Out banking details will appear on both the pro-forma and shipping invoices. Please note that internet transfers take up to three days to clear - we will ship the goods once the transfer has been cleared. Please talk to us if other payment methods are preferred.
WARRANTIES and Returns
Our goods are guaranteed against factory defects and faulty workmanship. Generally our products are made up to stringent specs set out by our customers. If the products do not comply with these specs and/or are shown to have factory faults, these may be returned to us. Such returns are subject to the following restrictions: these products must be returned in their original condition, including, packaging, documentation, instructions and accessories; custom orders may only be returned for replacement and not for refund; returns must be shipped by pre-paid freight; and returns found to be non-defective will not become our responsibility.
Order Acceptance Policy
Africor Projects reserves the right to reject an order if the deposit payment is not made within the order validity period.
